Embed the course map

Pick an event and course, then copy the snippet into your page. On RunSignup, paste it into a custom page using the editor's Source / HTML mode.

`event`	Event folder slug, e.g. `sample-vermont`
`course`	Course id, e.g. `short`, `mid`, `long`
`units`	`mi` or `km` (visitors can still toggle)
`embed`	`1` hides the page header/footer and fits the frame

Tips: 640–800px tall works well on phones. In embed mode the map uses two-finger pan / Ctrl+scroll zoom so it won't trap page scrolling.
